Many people think they can multitask. But in reality, the human brain only focuses on one thing. I didn't want to work two jobs at the same time, I actually lost focus on both. For example, when I was recently looking for content ideas to write about on this blog, I woke up early in the morning and scrolled through Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, hoping to get content ideas I could write about. However, I actually lost my main focus of finding content ideas. It feels like less than an hour has passed and I still haven't grasped the idea. I was engrossed in the football news and the videos in it. So how do we decide what to focus on today? I'm going to introduce the Eisenhower Metric, a basic 4-part metric that helps me figure things out when I'm confused.

So how do we divide according to these four categories? As with every activity or task, start by asking yourself. – Is this important or not? – Urgent or not urgent? This section helps plan tasks carefully to make your tasks more efficient.
